Yes, surrender over and over again. My intention in each moment is choosing freedom over resistance. This means choosing to let every feeling be there without condemning it but instead feeling it as is...plain and simple.
And it is so! Plain and simple, yet sometimes a difficult choice because we want to really own our lives and have control over it. But perhaps we are seeking to control the wrong things...:) Thank you for reading today Brenda, it's such a pleasure to connect with you, Sez
Yes, yes, yes. You speak of dark truths that we often hold secret with the reasoning no one else will understand the complexities of our pain and the want to get off the rollercoaster of accumulated sufferings.
I love your words, Warren, yes what a rollercoaster it is! I always feel strange to write about darkness as the point to which light comes through - I too, think that people will not understand - but maybe if we share it, we see how many of us share this approach. I am so appreciative of your time and insight, so thank you for sharing it with us! Sez
Self healing promotes mental and physical health for each of us. It is often a challenge fraught with personal difficulty but the inevitable rewards enrich us all.
Wonderful to have you here Ian, thank you for you words - and yes our own efforts ripple out beyond us to touch all. That sometimes comforts me, knowing that I am not going through these difficulties for the benefit of only for myself. Take care, Sez

I have listened to this several times, and each time I pull something new from it. Today it was a reminder that I am not alone in my struggles.
I hear here a reminder that the earth accepts and nurtures us, no matter our inner state. There is always a place for us in the cycle of life.
