Dearest Friends,

Here’s Week Two of the new audio mini-series, I hope you enjoy this episode with a cup of herbs or beans and take today to practice coming back to the foundations of who you are.

  • This week’s poem offers us the idea that pain is a doorway and we understand why they suddenly show up when we are just about to manifest a dream. We learn how to walk through that door and why living a loved life and healing are one of the same.

See you next Sunday, and if you are a creative who uses life’s difficulties as material for their art, you might like to read the journal questions I’ve created to help you reflect on the idea that when pain becomes psychologically purposeful, it builds itself a home within us. That material along with affirmations and the written poem is available for all patrons.

In sincere thanks for your time and attention today,

Sez

This series is based on the new poetry book, Healing HER, volume two. If this mini-series resonates with you, you might consider using the book in your own practice or to discuss with your reading group. In honor of your healing journey, Sez

Thank you again for your sharing!

It’s a magical/warm feeling to hear so many words from another that resonate and that validate those thoughts that float through the mind but almost always get ignored.

Thank you for reminding me to lean in and be curious when I am struggling, hurt (emotionally), fearful, angry etc. It’s amazing how easily you can forget to slow down at those times versus turn to the nearest vice.

Thank you again for sharing and being a part of my healing journey, I truly appreciate your time.

Much Aloha, Adrian
