Dearest Friends,

Here’s Week Three of the new audio mini-series, I hope you enjoy this story outside while embracing the winter we cannot control, or the summer which never lasts as long as we’d like.

  • This week’s poem offers us the idea that healing is not about addition but of subtraction. We learn how to step away from our labels, diagnosis’ and limiting beliefs (which come from many past generations promoting the wounded masculine as a means of survival) by leaning as far to the other side into the power of the Divine Feminine in order to balance ourselves out. I also have a wildcrafted, soul story for you…

For all patrons, this week, I share a very personal story of my identification with my mental health diagnosis, and how I surrendered my way towards freedom - it will be in your inbox now along with the affirmation cards and journal prompts.

See you next Sunday for the final day in this audio series and let me know if you have any questions at all in the comments below.

In gratitude,

Sez

This series is based on the new poetry book, Healing Her - healing the soul through Divine Surrender. Read the reviews and a little more about what you might get from the book here…

Your words always ignite an unfurling within me, like small breadcrumbs that lead me closer to a deeper understanding of myself. Thank you ✨
