Welcome to Australia, I stumbled across your meditations on insight only a couple of weeks ago.

I can picture your walk the other day,.

I live on the South Coast of NSW my home town was devastated by bushfires, her regrowth has been inspiring however there are parts where the fire burnt so hot I will never see it in my life time how it once was.

Nature is always my go to in times of sadness, anger and to play.

She has heard me crys and screams.

Thank you , I love your work.

Ps I have started painting again thanks to you ❤❤

I've revisited this episode today, as I do with all of Sez's shared creativity.

This one is paramount to me pushing through the initial fear based steps and risking very much in order to finally trust, love and respect myself enough to have a chance at experiencing

a rebirth.

The fear we often feel is the conditioning we adopted as children and now manifested as the mind's way of trying to protect us from paid with behavioral adaptations that no longer serve our highest good.

And those thoughts can be quite persistent.

Embrace those thoughts and thank your inner child for trying to protect you. And lovingly explain to your inner child, that we're OK, and going to try something new....

Thank you as always Sez.

"Are you willing to be fully responsible for your own joy, peace, and freedom?" Well, my 2022 Intentions worksheet says I am! One of my intentions this year is to trust, stepping away from my "comfort zone" and false and shallow sense of safety. This year I intend to encounter my soul, which while thrilling also brings up a lot of fear -- which probably means I'm on the right track : ) I believe you can help me do this. Let's see where this goes!

Hi Sez!

Much like the review I recently left for Rewild Yourself, one component to your gift is sharing vulnerability in such a way where your readers can feel as though you're writing to them personally. This piece is so perfectly timed for the journey I have embarked on.

Your shared insights are always so very much appreciated and felt deep within the heartspace just as Mother Nature herself nourishes.

What I currently risk in my life experience is what I value most. Admittedly, I have allowed fear to hold me back from moving forward for years. There are other real life risks that will be faced, but the cost of avoiding risk has proven to be untenable too.

This very episode you share has been inspirational.

Much love and many blessings.

Sez, thank you for your wisdom about endings. In my journal, I wrote this, "Most of my endings are messy - not quite finished; not really ended at all. On the outside, they certainly appear to be, but I hash them over in my head again and again... "If I had only known this..., said that ..., remembered whatever..." the ending might not have even ended up an ending at all. It may have become a transformation and now "it's too late" is the lasting lament."

Your wisdom is guiding me to see that the transformation is the ending that must be and even if it is messy, there is wisdom and even beauty in that mess and all of it can become something other, something more significant and meaningful for now, for this moment. It, too, may end, but that's okay.

And now, I'm going to put away those self-denying "what ifs" and "if onlys" and move forward. Because I must. Thank you.
