Sez, as always you speak so poignantly and beautifully to my heart, and the heart of the matter at hand. You express perfectly what this heart is breaking open for and why embracing this suffering may not serve. I practice Tonglen meditation but am overwhelmed with emotion as I see news and hear stories and see the suffering in realtime. There is no buffer...it is raw. That is how I am experiencing my self now as rubbed raw and opened to the elements. I crave clothing of the mother, a soft loamy blanket and a canopy of stars to connect me to the divine feminine, to my body and to the rich ground touching bare skin.
You shed such light and wisdom on moving through this with ourselves intact, interbeing yet being whole and strong and of service. Bless you Sez🙏
Laura, your words are divinely true for so many of us here - thank you for taking the time to express your Heart. I feel the same and I appreciate the way you speak of the Mother to help comfort us in this time of need. We all have to be our own Mothers in a way, I feel - and mother those who cannot see the light - like children who cannot bare to sleep in the dark. Let us be that light. All hearts certainly do have a purpose now. The feminine and the male heart. Especially now. The human species is at a crisis reflection point. There is no reason other than fear based emotions for hunger, war amongst ourselves and Gaia. We need to nourish each other, ourselves and Mother Earth as if our very human experiece lives depend on it, because they do.
If we fail, Mother Earth will slowly adapt until the human virus is extinct, and rebirth herself anew...
Thank you for this recognition of the moment. As someone who is burning out, working actively to protect these people in the fraught information space, I needed to be reminded to have my feet on the ground, with a strong back, and an open heart.
I love this, yes Kristi - let us remind each other of how grounded we need to be at this time and not lose our way as we have done so many times before. I am with you through this new paradigm and in the spirit of your words, let's keep these Hearts open. Thank you for the work you offer this world x
