As a thank you for being an honored member of this space, I have a short, guided walking contemplation to accompany this meditation, which invites us all to go for a quiet walk somewhere in nature and learn the practical ways we can integrate the lessons from the meditation into everyday life. That will be sent out in the next few weeks - after you have found time to listen (these meditations seem to be getting longer, wilder, and more detailed…so I hope it’s a good enough excuse to steal an hour to yourself :)
