Dear Friend,
What we truly seek is wholeness, a different resonance than the pursuit of a better self, a grander life, or even a flawless love. By now, the quiet knowing settles: no external attainment can fill us with a lasting sense of enoughness. Had any outward "thing" ever reconciled the ancient knot of life and death, this shared human quest would have long dissolved.
But here we are. And luckily, here is the most loving place to be.
I have a special collection of poems that speak to the remembrance of our inherent wholeness through embodied presence. They invite us to let go of the idea that we need fixing, revealing how the past is reconciled by fully inhabiting the intimate now. Through poetic self-inquiry, gathered during early morning walks, we are guided to recognize our unchanging essence, inseparable from the totality of life and the intimacy of now.
I’d love to read your poem or words that honor the exploration of the senses.
