Even your shadow is a safe space to dwell.

Beloved Friends,

Whatever you are currently going through right now that feels like a stretching… that feels like a splitting, that makes you feel unsafe to be you - know that you are being asked to unfold even more and bare that pollen-drenched center of yours to the light.

If we stay tight, un-peeled, and un-molted, what does that mean for our growth? If we constantly fear, restrict and judge our huge array of feelings in life, what does that serve?

Be with those growing pains. I know the extent of their ache and how it feels better to escape. But just because it feels this way doesn’t make it true.

Because you are a safe place to inhabit - and yes, your mind is a safe place too.

Join me on this new soundscape that encourages us to reflect upon the relevance and value of the coping strategies we use to protect ourselves - and how learning to be still with our discomfort can lead to a deeply expansive and meaningful life.
