May I offer a suggestion? I know it’s getting a little crazy right now - but go for a walk. Whatever you tell the family, friends, or pet, make sure it equates to an expected absence of around 40 minutes (+ tea, of course).
Take this meditation with you, somewhere quiet and wild and safe so you can sit on the earth when you are called to make a connection with your deep and self-less wild.
Wholeness is remembered by knowing who you are. And that requires a little time alone, so that is truly the greatest gift we can give ourselves.
