Thank you beautiful souls, for wanting to deepen your Surrender experience. Here is the bonus material to help you on this week’s journey.
JOURNAL PROMPTS
If small deaths refer to the endings of belief systems, ways of thinking, and attitudes, what belief system needs to have a small death?
Which relationships in your life need to be approached differently and if they still do not feel nourishing, reciprocal, kind, which relationships need to end?
What actions are keeping you stuck in the wounded masculine, and what Divine Feminine energy could you use to counteract it? Wounded masculine = scarcity, control, avoidance, competitive, judgemental, expectant, unstable, withdrawal, mind. Divine Feminine = intuitive, grounded, surrendering, creative, effortless, receptive, vulnerable, authentic, supportive, trusting, open, heart.
What identifications and personalities are you trying on right now (both ‘positive’ and ‘negative’)?
When you create a gap between who you really are (pure awareness, pure consciousness, love, oneness, non-dual, based in Love) and this identification (separate, ego, based in fear), how do you feel? You can allow this gap through breathing, mediation, nature walks, pure presence and mindful awareness.
What are your fears around being untethered from your labels (your status in the family, your job title, your mental/physical diagnosis’, your identifications with certain lifestyles and spiritual affiliations)? Is that fear based in truth?
Do you have to know more about your past in order to heal? Does going through the boneyards of your life offer you flesh? Can you move beyond that story and place your attention on something much greater than any story…on unconditional love, self-compassion, self-acceptance, presence and understanding?
What are your beliefs about not knowing? Can you leave space for things to come to you by active surrender? If you know for certain that all of life’s suffering would cease the moment you surrendered your need to know, how much more effort would you place in creating gaps in your daily life?
