you don’t need to go anywhere 
to know the truth of your being. 

just be still, 
and if you cannot be still, 
be quiet, 
and if you cannot be quiet, 

know that the universe is built 
from its own restlessness, 

and then know yourself as that. 

           - stillness is restlessness, invited.
