How to be Here // Part 2

Loneliness doesn't live Here

Your feeling of forlornness is a gentle forgetting of the inherent unity that exists—an echo of the profound solitude that compelled the great Mystery itself to embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Beloved,

Life can feel incredibly lonely at times. More so when you courageously embark upon a path not already laid out before you. Acutely so when you are graced with realizations that remain dormant in the greater collective.

Like a quake that cracks the ground open, loneliness can cause a gaping chasm between you and the rest of the world, separating you from everything and everyone else.

There is nothing that validates our sense of fracture more than the belief that we are not truly accompanied in life or that awakening pushes us further into the fray.

If our awakening is true, in the sense that we fully surrender what we think we know to the great Mystery, what we essentially wake up to is not our alienation but to the fact that we belong to, and share our experience with, everything under the sun.

What a relief that loneliness is but borne of mind and thought – and not a reality we can ever experience outside the mind.
