Self-realization is not determined by the quality of your thoughts.
Good thoughts don’t indicate that you’re in contact with your deepest self. Nor are positive thoughts channeled through your higher self. In fact, you can think all kinds of things and it won’t speak to your essentiality.
It’s like clothing your naked body. The quality of your skin shines iridescent in comparison to the wool you place upon it. Even silk-like-thoughts pale against the light of what lies lovingly beneath.
Returning to your whole self comes from seeing thoughts as they are; all spun from the same loom, no matter what shape they eventually take.
